This cookie policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by https://www.deorinteriordesign.it/en (the “Website”), in accordance with Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, Directive 2002/58/EC (“ePrivacy”) and the “Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools” issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority on 10 June 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites save on the user's device. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, store information in a comparable way. They are either technical, needed for the website to work or to provide a service requested by the user, which require no consent, or profiling or third-party cookies, which require prior consent.
2. In short: our approach
- The Website does not use profiling cookies or any statistics or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
- The Website does not set any cookies during normal browsing.
- Fonts, icons and stylesheets are hosted on our own server: browsing does not involve requests to third-party servers.
- Third-party content (the Google Maps map) is loaded only if you request it, with a click.
This is why the Website does not display a cookie banner: there are no non-technical cookies to authorise unless you choose to load the map.

This tool is strictly necessary to provide the service you request and, under Article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code, does not require consent.
4. Third-party content: Google Maps
On the Contact page you can view a map provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC (USA). The map is loaded only after you click “Load map”: this click constitutes your consent. Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, including for profiling purposes, and transfer data to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Links to social networks
Any social network icons on the Website are plain links: they do not load content or set cookies until you click on them. Once on the social network, its own policies apply.
6. How to manage or withdraw your choices
You can withdraw your consent to loading the map at any time by clicking “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page: the stored choice is deleted and the map will no longer load automatically. To delete any cookies already set by Google, use your browser settings:
